Pineapple Cheese Ball I
2 8 oz pkgs.  cream cheese softened 
1 green pepper diced 
1 small onion diced 
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple drained 
1 t. seasoned salt 
3-4 oz crushed walnuts 
1 Maraschino cherry (optional)
Mix all ingredients excepts walnuts together and form into a ball. 
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for two hours.  
Unwrap and roll in crushed walnuts.  Place optional cherry on top and rewrap. Chill. 
Serve with Triscuits. 
Pineapple Cheese Ball II
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 
2 tablespoons finely chopped bell pepper 
1/4 cup sliced almonds 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire 
Mix well, form into ball and pat sliced almonds all over to cover. 
Pineapple Spread 
8 oz pkg cream cheese 
8 oz can pineapple (drained) 
3-4 scallions or green onions, chopped 
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper 
1 cup chopped walnuts 
Soften cream cheese and combine with remaining ingredients. Serve with crackers.
