Chicken Wings: Buffalo Wings by Ron

Both of these recipes are from "The Best Of Bridge Series" "That's Trump" Cookbook.

Buffalo Wings

Blue Cheese Dressing:
1 oz. blue cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise (Don't use miracle whip)
1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt

Buffalo Wings:
2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and cut in 2
1/4 cup butter
3-5 tablespoons hot red pepper sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
oil for frying

Place dressing ingredients in food processor and whip the chill.

Melt butter in large saucepan, stir in hot sauce (3 tablespoons is relatively mild) add vinegar set aside. Heat oil in a large heavy saucepan, add wings a few at a time cooking about 10 minutes or until brown a crisp. Remove to a paper towel and drain. When all wings are cooked, reheat hot sauce and toss with wings to coat.
