Phyllis posted 6-1-98 Chicken Cheese Ball 2 large cans chicken, well drained, and flaked 4 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened 1 envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix, dry Parsley Chopped pecans 1. Mix chicken, cheese and dressing mix together. 2. Press into a saran wrap lined mold and chill overnight. 3. Before serving, place cheeseball on serving tray,garnish with parsley and chopped pecans. 4. Serve with crackers.
