Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings
About 16 whole wings, end bits cut off and wings cut into two pieces
garlic salt
2 eggs
cornstarch
oil for frying
2 (10-oz.) jars of sweet and sour sauce (your favorite)
Parboil the wings (about 10 minutes). Drain and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Beat eggs with a little water and pour over wings and toss. Dredge in cornstarch. Fry in oil.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush wings with sweet and sour sauce (or dip them in it) and put on a baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.
