Wraps: Chile Cheese Roll Ups

CHILE-CHEESE ROLLUPS

4 large flour tortillas, burrito size
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons chopped canned ortega chilies

Preheat oven to 325.

On each flour tortilla, evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese and 1 1/2 tbls. of the chopped chilies.

Roll tortilla up in a firm roll, like a jelly roll. Heat in oven for 5 min or until cheese melts. (heat in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds).

Slice roll on a slant in bite-size pieces and pass while still warm.

These can be kept for a day, covered in refrig. Heat and slice just before serving. (In fact, best done this way)
