COCKTAIL DOLLARS 
2 sticks pie crust mix 
1/4 cup butter,melted 
1 tall can pitted Ripe Olives 
1 cup chopped, well drained saurkraut 
1 egg 
Dried tarragon 
Coarse salt. 
Preheat oven to 425.
Blend pie crust mix with melted butter. 
Roll olives with a rolling pin, to crush flat, Drain well on paper towels.
Mix olives, lightly with pie crust mix and saukraut. 
Form into a ball and chill, wrapped in plastic wrap. 
Roll or pat into 1/4 inch thickness on a floured board. Cut with a 2 inch
 round cutter.
 Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with taragon and coarse salt. 
Bake for 15 minutes.
