Beef: Corned Beef Canapes

3/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
12 ounce can corned beef, chopped
1 Tbls. Dijon mustard
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Cocktail rye bread rounds

Mix all the ingredients with enough mayonnaise to make it very moist. Spread on rye rounds. Put under the broiler until the cheese melts. Makes a bunch. A favorite with men.
