Dip: Artichoke by njhall

Artichoke Dip

1 large can of artichoke hearts drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmasean cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, mashed

Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease a small baking dish.

Blend all together till smooth, spoon into small greased baking dish or pie pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with crackers or pieces of bread.
