Cheese and Chile Beef Dip
2 (11 oz.) pkgs. Stouffers creamed chipped beef, defrosted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 tbl. chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, green chiles, onion and garlic powder. Stir in creamed chipped beef. Place dip in a baking dish, and top with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese topping is melted.
