Cheesy Salsa and Beef Dip
1 lb.ground beef, cooked crumbled and drained
1 (6 oz.) jar of salsa of your choice
1 lb. Velveeta
After cooking and draining hamburger add cheese and salsa, heat until melted. Serve with chips. Can also be kept in a crock pot.
Note: Mild salsa not recommended, it tends to get "lost" with the addition of the meat and cheese.
