Mexican Dip

1 package cream cheese (light is fine) -- (8 oz.) softened
1 medium onion -- chopped fine
1/2 green pepper -- diced fine
1/2 red pepper -- diced fine
1 package *Sargento Taco-Style shredded cheese -- (8 oz.)

Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on a microwave-safe plate almost to edge of the plate, leaving room for spreading. Cover the cream cheese evenly with the onions and peppers. Top with the Sargento cheese. Microwave on high until the cheese is fully melted. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
