Dip Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Great starter, served hot with corn tortillas

1/2 lb. of spinach
3 lb. sour cream
1/2 lb cream cheese
8 oz artichoke hearts
1/2 tsp. garlic
3 oz lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and white pepper to taste


Cook spinach for 1 minute in boiling water first, then place spinach in ice water.

To make dip, mix together all ingredients in bowl, and salt and white pepper to taste.

Place dip in a serving bowl topped with parmesan cheese and heat in microwave for 2 minutes.

Serving suggestions: Serve hot with tortilla chips.
