Surprise Deviled Eggs

6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and cut in half lengthwise
2 tblsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard OR 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Filling such as caviar, anchovy, stuffed olive, deviled ham, bleu cheese, fish or meat paste

Remove yolks from eggs; put in blender container with the next 4 ingredients. Cover and run on low until smooth. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with a rubber spatula.

Put a small amount of one the savory fillings (caviar, anchovy, etc.) in each egg-white half. Top with egg yolk filling and sprinkle with paprika. Makes 12.
