Firey Wings

Chicken Wings:
(however many you are going to want)
WARNING:
Get oils very hot! Don't put in so many chicken wings that there is no room in the pot for them to move - maybe 15 at a time in 8 qt. dutch oven. Fry until crisp on the outside - about 15 min. Drain on paper towels.

Sauce:
3 T. butter (no margarine)
6 oz. Hot Sauce (not Texas Pete)
1tsp. dried cayenne pepper
a few dashes of Texas Pete
Melt butter and add other ingredients. Warm for 5 - 10 min. Coat wings with sauce.

Serve with Blue Cheese dressing.

NOTE: If you like them hotter mince some jalapeno peppers and add to sauce. If you want to tone it down, leave out the dried cayenne and add a little more butter.
