DEVILED EGGS
6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
3 TBS mayo, or salad dressing
Cut eggs in half. Slip out yolks and mash with fork.
Mix seasonings and Mayo and fill egg whites with filling.
I add about 1/4 cup finely chopped green olives to mine and lightly dust with paprika.

2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp salt
garnish with extra crumbled bacon

1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
can garnish with rosemary sprig, dill or paprika.

1/4 cup salsa
2 TBS chopped green onion
1 TBS sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
dash garlic powder
