GREEN GRAPES with BLEU CHEESE
Ingredients:
Bunch of Grapes
Equal parts Bleu Cheese and Cream Cheese (amt will vary to amt of grapes used)
Finely crushed toasted walnuts, pecans or almonds
Instructions:
1)Take a bunch of green grapes, washed and dry.
2)Mix equal parts bleu cheese and cream cheese (3 oz each at least).
3)Crush some toasted walnuts or pecans or almonds or whatever you have.
4)Take a grape and cover with the cream cheese mixture until it is round like a grape.
5)Roll in the toasted, crushed nuts.
