Oil-Free Tofu Hummus
8 oz. firm, silken/soft style tofu, drained
1 (15 oz.) can chick peas, drained
2 tablespoons tahini* optional
2 Tbls. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 Tbls. fresh parsley or cilantro
Put all ingredients in food processor and puree.
