1 (19oz) can chickpeas rinsed and drained
1 medium garlic clove, peeled
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Place chickpeas and garlic in a food processor and blend.
Scrape sides down every so often until ingredients are finely chopped.
Add lemon juice, oil, yogurt and cumin and process until smooth.
Serve with vegetables to dip into it and toasted pita bread.
