Donna’s Meatballs

1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
2 small cloves Garlic, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Sweet Basil
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper
Bottle of Open Pit Barbecue Sauce


Mix ingredients and brown meatballs. Cover with Open Pit Barbecue Sauce. Do not substitute. Simmer 1/2 hour or in crock-pot.
