Ham Balls

2 lb. ham, ground
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
Pinch salt

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 cup hot water



Mix the first four ingredients together and shape into balls. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over balls and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or in a crockpot for 2 hours on high.
