Meatballs

About 3 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs
a cup or so of fine dry bread crumbs
soy sauce
ginger

Form and bake at 450 F. for about 10 minutes.


Sauce:
Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce (1/2 cup or more)
soy sauce (1/2 cup or more)
ginger and garlic to taste


Put them in a crockpot for several hours.
