Mexican Pizza
2 8 oz. can crescent rolls
6 oz. refried beans
1 c. sour cream
2 T. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. cheddar
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. black olives
Preheat oven to 375.
Unroll dough into 4 rectangles and place in a 15x10 baking pan.
Press to form crust. Bake for 15 min. Cool.
Spread beans over crust.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, taco seasoning and mix well.
Spread over beans.
Sprinkle with cheese, onions, green pepper, tomatoes and olives.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
