posted by lj 07-01-98 6:40 PM 2 cans (8oz ea.)cresent rolls 1 can refried beans 1 cup sour cream 2 TBS taco seasoning mix 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes 1/2 cup sliced ripe olive 1/2 cup chopped green pepper Preheat oven to 375. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. place crosswise in a greased 10x15 jelly roll pan and press over bottom and up sides of pan to form crust. Firmly press perforations to seal and bake for 12 min. until golden brown. Cool completely. Spread refried beans over crust. In a small bowl combine sour cream and taco mix, stir well and spread over bean layer. Sprinkle with cheese, onion, tomatoes, olives and peppers. Cover and refrig for at least 1 hour to blend flavors before cutting into squares.
