3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cut into chunks
2 medium plum tomatoes, cubed
2 medium cloves garlic
2 spring onions sliced thin
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs minced coriander
Place avocados, tomatoes, garlic, spring onions, lemon juice and coriander in a bowl.
Add salt and hot sauce to taste and mix gently.
