Mexican Taco Meatballs by PAH

1 lb. Ground Chuck
1/2 C. Corn Meal
2 Eggs
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
3 T. Milk

1- 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into " cubes
1-16 oz. Jar Old El Paso Thick & Chunky Salsa
Tortilla chips

Mix together ground chuck, corn meal, eggs, taco seasoning & milk.

Shape into small meatballs, each around a cube of cheese. Brown meatballs.

Place in microwavable bowl. Pour salsa over meatballs and heat. Serve with tortilla chips
