Bread: Mini Ham Puffs

1 8oz pkg crescent roll dough

Filling Ingredients:
3 oz processed ham, chopped finely
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/2 C Swiss cheese, shredded (for kids use Cheddar)
1 egg
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine filling ingredients in a medium bowl.

Coat a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

Unroll crescent roll dough and press it into 1 large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squres.

Place each square into a muffin pan and press to form a cup.

Using a tablespoon or small scoop, divide filling among cups. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
