Hot Sausage Appetizers
1 lb. medium or hot italian sausage, browned and drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces Hidden Valley dressing (ranch flavor)
1 small can sliced black olives, well drained
1 medium red pepper, diced
1 package wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 375.
Brown sausage well, drain. Cool.
Stir in all other ingredients, except wonton wrappers.
Spray a muffin pan well with vegetable oil. Place one wonton wrapper in each cup to fit sides.
Bake for 7 - 9 minutes, until they start to turn golden brown.
Remove from oven, and while wrappers are hot, put one tablespoon filling in each.
Return to oven until cheeses melt, about 7 - 8 more minutes.
