4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve 2 T. drippings)
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
2 t. worcestershire
1 t. soy
1/2 c. sour cream
Fry bacon and reserve 2 Tablespoons of drippings. Wipe skillet clean and cook mushroom, onion and garlic in drippings until tender and most of liquid is evaporated.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add cheese, worcestershire and soy.
Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in sour cream and bacon.
Heat through-don't boil. Serve with french bread or small pastry cups.
