Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms

30-40 medium sized mushrooms
1C boursin cheese (can use the kind flavored with garlic and herbs)
melted butter


Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushrooms with cheese. Brush the bottoms of the mushrooms (actually the tops but they're upside down) with melted butter. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 30 minutes.
