PESTO MUSHROOMS
Large muchrooms
Cream cheese
Pesto:
2-1/2 cups fresh basil
3 Tables. dry basil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 375.
Fill bottom of casserole dish with large mushrooms (stems taken off).
In food processor (metal blade), combine basils, cheese, garlic and
walnuts.
Slowly drizzle olive oil until all ingredients are mixed.
Top mushroom caps with cream cheese and then place one tablespoon
pesto in each cap. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
