Fresh Vegetable Pizza

2 tubes Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 (8 oz) cream cheese (low fat is okay)
1 dry pkg, Hidden Valley Ranch low calorie dressing
3/4 cup mayo (low fat okay)
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup mushroom, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Lightly spray 15' long cookie sheet with Pam spray. Line pan with crescent rolls, gently patting into place. Bake at 350 for about 10 min until brown. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, dry dressing and mayo together. Spread over cool crust. Mix vegetables and cheese together and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Cover with waxed paper and gentle pat veggies down into cheese mixtures ( to prevent falling off when eating) Cover with waxed paper and then saran wrap and refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.

You may use any veggie combo that you like. Have also used Boursin cheese instead of the Cream cheese/Ranch topping/Mayo layer
