  PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
  2 lb. hamburger 
  peppers, onions, etc, (whatever fixin's you like) 
  1 c. uncooked rice 
  1 can cream soup (broccoli, mushroom, etc.) 
  Mix all ingredients except soup in large bowl. Make small sized meatballs and set in greased casserole dish. 
Mix contents of soup with 1 1/2 cans water and pour mixture over meat balls.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
 Rice pops out of meat balls
  to look like  porcupines.
