1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp grated parmesan
12 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 cup sour cream
4 oz. smoked salmon, diced
1 Tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine bread crumbs, butter and parmesan and pat on bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vinegar until smooth. Add sour cream, salmon and dill and beat until well combined.
Pour into prepared crust and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until center is just set.
Remove pan from oven and cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Run knife around edge of pan and allow to cool for 30 min.
Remove sides of pan and cool 60 min. at rm. temp. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
