Chicken Wings: Sante Fe Wings

Santa Fe Wings

2 1/2 pounds split chicken wings, tips removed
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 t chili powder

Preheat the oven to 425.

Place the chicken wings in a large, ungreased baking dish and bake 30 minutes or until cooked and crisp, turning halfway through the cooking.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and microwave on high power for 1 minute or until the butter is melted.

Stir well, then add the wings and toss until well coated. serve immediately.
