Salami Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
2 packages of thin sliced salami
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 large jar pepperocini peppers
Soften cream cheese at room temperature and drain and chop 1/3 c. pepperocinis and stir into cream cheese (or more, to taste). Use some of the liquid from the pepperocinis to make a spreadable filling.
Put 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture on 1 slice salami and fold over. Use a toothpick to stay closed. Refrigerate until needed and they can sit out for a 2 hour reception.
