SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS
42 large mushrooms
1 lb. mild sausage
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350.
Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove stems.
Brown sausage until crumbly and drain.
Add cream cheese and pepper flakes and mix well.
Spoon into mushrooms.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a little bubbly.
