Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms by lj

1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
8 oz cream cheese
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
a couple shakes tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb large mushrooms

Preheat broiler.

Brown sausage and drain grease well.

Add cream cheese, worcestershire, tabasco, salt and pepper and stir till cream cheese melts and is all combined.

Fill large clean mushroom caps with mixture.

Broil 5 to 7 min. and serve.

Note: you can chop up some of the mushroom stems and add to the filling.
