Scot's Cheesebread
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 pkg dry ranch dressing
1 tbsp parmesean cheese--grated
2-3 tbsp butter/margarine
1 tbsp garlic
1 loaf french bread--cut in half
Preheat Broiler.
Soften cream cheese and butter in microwave.
Stir well so they are blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and
spread on bread.
Broil for 3 minutes or until a light brown colour.
