Seafood Cheesecake

Measurements are approximate. It is all according to size you want. You can make this in any size dish.

1st Layer: Mix cream cheese and pesto and spread on bottom of dish

2nd Layer: Add a layer of baby shrimp

Third Layer: Mix another layer of cream cheese w sun dried dried tomatoes, either oil packed or reconstituted, according to taste. Spread over the top.

Chill until ready to serve and serve with crackers.
