Conch Pupus (Hawaiin for appetizer)
Fresh Grated Parmesan
Slice the conch thinly and pound to tenderize just as you would veal. Cut into bite-size pieces. Dip pieces into melted margarine or butter then coat with mixture of 1/2 breadcrumbs mixed with 1/2 parmesan. Fry in butter or margarine until golden.
