Crabcake Appetizers

1 lb Lump Crabmeat or 2 - 6 oz. Cans, drained
Cracker Crumbs from 12 crackers
2 T. Mayonnaise
1 Egg
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Celery leaves
Chopped green onions
Salt & Pepper

Mix all ingredients.

Form into balls and roll balls in additional cracker crumbs.

Chill several hours.

Flatten slightly and brown in equal parts oil and butter.
