Seafood: Salmon Loaf

Salmon Loaf

1 (8 oz.) Package of cream cheese
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Liquid smoke
tsp. Horseradish
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 can pink salmon
3 tsp. Parsley
chopped pecans (optional)


Mix together a form a log or ball. Roll in pecans and parsley and refrigerate for several hours. You can make this the day before you need it if you wish.
