Shrimp Balls

2 Pounds raw shrimp -- cleaned and deveined
2 water chestnuts -- * 5 oz can
1 Teaspoon sherry
2 Teaspoons salt
1/2 Teaspoon sesame oil
1 egg white -- beaten
2 Cups peanut oil


Put shrimp and water chestnuts in food processor. Add sherry, cornstarch, salt and sesame oil. Mix well.

Form into 1" balls - dip in egg white. Heat oil to very hot. Fry until golden. Balls will float when done.

May be frozen after frying. Heat on cookie sheet 375 about 15 minutes or until hot.
