Shrimp Balls

3 c chopped, cooked shrimp
1 1/2 c shredded wheat wafer crumbs - finely shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 c melted butter


Mix shrimp, shredded wheat and eggs.

Shape into small balls.

Melt the butter in a heavy skillet and add garlic.

Saute shrimp balls until lightly browned on all sides.

Serve hot. Makes approximately 30 balls.
