  Shrimp Puff Filling 
  1-8oz. pk cream cheese 
  2 cans tiny shrimp,drained and rinsed or 1 cup cooked bay shrimp (best) 
  1/4 cup finely chopped green onion 
  1 Tbs. lemon juice 
  2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 
  dash hot pepper sauce 
  1 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced 
  Cream cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and use to fill bite size cream puffs.
