Shrimp Rounds

3/4 lb peeled, deveined and cooked shrimp
18 1/2 inch thick baguette bread slices, toasted on both sides
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
2 T minced celery
1 T minced onion
2 T mayo
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1/8 tsp salt
dash of ground pepper
fresh dill sprigs

Preheat oven to 350.

Cut nine shrimp in half lengthwise and set aside.

Dice the remaining shrimp. Stir together shrimp, cheese and next 6 ingredients; spread on toasted bread slices.

Bake for 5 minutes until lightly browned.

Top each with a shrimp half, garnish with a sprig of dill.
