Shrimp Spread on Mini Rye
1 bag salad shrimp (frozen)
1 bunch green onions minced (scallions including green)
Pepperidge Farm Mini Loaves (mini slices)
Pulse shrimp in processor. You will like it better with tiny bits of shrimp still in the mix, so don't over pulse. Add as much minced onions as you like. Add mayonnaise just to bind, don't overdo. Refrigerate in sealed container until next day. Make this the night before, then spread on rye the next day.
