Taramasalata
4 oz red caviar
1/4 cup water
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
Juice of two lemons
1 cup olive oil
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until the consistency of a smooth paste. Chill. Serve with crackers, raw veggies, etc. as a spread or a dip.
