Cream Cheese-Cuke-Onion Sandwiches
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 Envelope Good Seasons® dry Italian dressing
rye or pumpertnickel bread
sliced, unpeeled cucumber
thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings


In small bowl mix cream cheese with dressing mix. Spread generously on rye or pumpernickle bread. Top with lots of thinly sliced unpeeled cukes and some thinly sliced red onions, separated into rings.

Note: This also makes good appetizers on party rye - one medium thickness cuke per open face snack. Black olives are good on this too.
