TOFU BALLS:
Drain 1 pkg. tofu overnight, between two plates, with a weight on top.
Cube the drained tofu and set aside.
Chopped onion 1/4 cup or less.
1 egg white.
2 teaspoons oil.
1 & 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, or I used 1/2 tsp. each:
ground cumin,ground corriander,garam masala ground.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/8 cup chopped cilantro dried.
Approximatey 1/4 cup or less of bread crumbs, just enough to hold but,
not stiffen.
1/4 cup or less of basmati rice cooked, or other rice.
1/8 teaspoon each: granulated garlic and crushed red pepper.
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed.
It will be a sticky mixture so, you'll need to make it into balls and
roll it in bread crumbs.
Then spray the balls with oil first the bake for 30 minutes.
